Lynn swapped Toronto’s hustle for Cold Lake over a decade ago and loves skiing, cooking, dancing, and all things retro, especially music! Her shop reflects this passion, filled with vintage vibes and vinyl records. She’s even picking up roller skating again! Fun fact: Lynn worked at a London pub in the late ’90s. Now, she’s focused on helping every client leave feeling like the best version of themselves, just don’t ask her to pour a Guinness!

Jillian began her journey at Crew Haus as an apprentice hairstylist, earning her Red Seal certification under Lynn’s mentorship before transitioning into the managerial side of the business. Her firsthand experience behind the chair gives her a unique understanding of both the team’s needs and the client experience.

Today, Jillian plays a vital role in keeping Crew Haus running smoothly, overseeing inventory, sales tracking, social media, scheduling, and client communication. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help create a seamless experience for the Crew and their guests.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys golfing, soaking up the sun, reading, and spending time with her two tuxedo cats.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jenn is an established PowerHaus and one of Crew Haus’ lead stylists. Originally from Bonnyville, she has built a diverse career as a salon owner, stylist, mentor, and even spent some time selling cars, though her true passion has always been behind the chair.

Known for her high energy and natural ability to connect with people, Jenn brings extensive knowledge, creativity, and plenty of personality to every appointment. She loves sharing her experience with the Crew while helping her clients look and feel their best.

Casia works with us on a casual basis and is available periodically throughout the year.

Casia was born and raised in Cold Lake and returned home after several years of living in Southern Alberta and travelling the world. She’s a master of short haircuts, beard grooming, and straight-razor shaves. Her vibrant personality shines through her lively conversations and unique "th-hair-apy" sessions, making each visit more than just a haircut.

When she’s not perfecting her craft, Casia is an avid reader and adventurer, always on the lookout for new experiences. She also has a soft spot for her cats, often treating them to fun, unnecessary gadgets and toys.
